Shipping Policy
At MyCarKits, we try our best to maintain accurate stock information on our website and deliver every order safely and on time.
However, in some cases, stock differences may happen, and we may not be able to fulfil all items at the time of purchase.
In such cases:

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, unless stated otherwise on the product page or checkout page.
For Cash on Delivery orders, COD charges or shipping charges may apply depending on the order value, product type and delivery location.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Once the order is placed, the shipping fee is considered final.

Delivery Terms
1. Transit Time
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays or other external delays.
2. Order Processing
Orders placed before 11:00 AM may be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM will usually be processed on the next business day.
Our order processing team operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays and major public holidays.
3. Order Dispatch
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive shipping details through email, SMS or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.
Please make sure your phone number, address and PIN code are correct while placing the order.
4. Change of Delivery Address
You can request a change of delivery address before the order is dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible. In such cases, the delivery will depend on courier partner approval.
To request an address change, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
5. Delayed Deliveries
If your order takes longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team.
We will check the shipment status with the courier partner and help you with the next update.
MyCarKits is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect delivery details, customer unavailability, weather issues, strikes, public holidays or other situations beyond our control.
6. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or tracking ID.
You can use this tracking link to check the live status of your shipment.
Please note that tracking details may take a few hours to update after dispatch.
7. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears visibly damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and inform our support team immediately.
If the parcel is delivered when you are not present and you later find it damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For damaged product claims, a clear unboxing video is required as mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, phone number and PIN code.
If the order is delayed, returned or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
Refused Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept the delivery without a valid reason, the order will be treated as a return.
In such cases, shipping charges, COD charges or return courier charges may be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
